Updates to DentalXChange Terms of Service and Business Associates Agreement
DentalXChange has updated its Terms of Service and Business Associate Agreement, effective August 20, 2026. Continued use of DentalXChange's services on or after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Click here to review these in your account section.
Scheduled System Maintenance: Saturday 10/24/2026 from 9:00 PM until Sunday 10/25/2026 6:00 AM Pacific Time
DentalXChange will be conducting extended maintenance on its systems from Saturday October 24th 9:00 PM until Sunday October 25th 6:00 AM Pacific time. Systems will be restored as soon as possible.
Applications impacted include:
- ClaimConnect - Including Clearing House and WebServices
- PatientConnect
